Vibe vs. GBG 10 in One

A line by line comparison of the ingredients listed on the supplemental facts sheet for Eniva Vibe vs. GBG 10-IN-ONE. Are the ingredients equal? Which product appears to be better than the other?
Vibe vs. GBG 10-IN-ONE
Of all the liquid vitamin supplements on the market, I’d have to say the two that strike me as the best and most nutritional are Eniva Vibe and GBG 10-IN-ONE. Although both products are listed in the 2008 Physicians Desk Reference, in looking at their supplemental facts sheets, it’s obvious there are some key differences in the two products. I will attempt to highlight those differences and determine which is the better more potent liquid vitamin supplement.
At first glance, both products appear to be very similar – they both contain 32-1oz. Servings per bottle. But, after that you’ll start to notice there are some differences already. GBG 10-IN-ONE contains a much larger inventory of ingredients. Also, Eniva Vibe doesn’t tell you what the source of the nutrient is, where as GBG 10-IN-ONE does (ex: Vitamin A as Palmitate).
You Need to Understand Tolerable Upper Intake Levels
Before I get too much more into the differences, I just want to real quickly address Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (UL). In case you are not familiar with them, in Layman’s terms, UL’s are known as the maximum amount of nutrient you can intake before overdosing. As intake increases, so does risk, so it is important to make sure you are not taking in too much of certain nutrients. So, it is not recommended to consume nutrients higher than the amounts suggested as they can pose health risks and side effects.
Certain nutrients do not have a UL and other nutrients UL have not been determined. Why it is important for me to address this? In some reviews I have read of GBG’s 10-IN-ONE state that there are unsafe levels of nutrients in the 10-in-1 formula. We will take a look at whether or not that is true.
[Please note: Conclusions are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Each person is different and I am not in the healthcare industry nor do I have any certification. Please consult a Doctor, Nutritionist, or similar for specifics regarding your personal and specific RDA and UL.]
Now, back to the line by line differences in ingredients…
Eniva Vibe Ingredients vs. GBG 10-IN-ONE Ingredients

Calories and Carbs: Vibe has 30 calories, and 6 grams of carbs. 10-IN-ONE has none. So if you are trying to lose weight fast and safe, even though 30 calories is not that much, I’d say 10-IN-ONE is the better choice.
Vitamin A: Next you notice a huge difference in the amount of Vitamin A in each of these formulas. Vitamin A is important for vision and development of vision.
The SUL (Safe Upper Level) of Vitamin A is 5,000 IU. That is the exact amount of Vitamin A in GBG 10-IN-ONE. So I would hope it’s safe to say that 10-IN-ONE is helpful in maintaining healthy vision.
Vitamin C: You also will notice a huge difference in the amount of Vitamin C in both products. 10-IN-ONE has 633% more. And that doesn’t appear to be a bad thing. I can’t find anything showing Vitamin C is unsafe to take in large amounts. Actually, all I find is info stating why you should consume more of it and how it is good at increasing the body’s immunity.
The only UL info I could find on Vitamin C is on SUL (Safe Upper Level) of beta-Carotene. The SUL of Vitamin C is 11,655 IU.
Vitamin D: As of late I’ve seen info stating that we should be consuming more Vitamin D. So, in this case, Vibe wins out as having 25% more than 10-IN-ONE. Both products actually exceed the RDA. 10-IN-ONE used to have twice the amount in their formula and I would be interested in finding out why they reduced it.
The SUL of Vit D is 1000 IU. Both products contain at least only half that amount.
Vitamin E: Well, looks like 10-in-1 has twice the amount of Vitamin E as Vibe. And seeing as though 800 IU is the SUL for Vitamin E an Vitamin E is good for healthy skin, the largest orgn of our body, this can’t be a bad thing.
Vitamin K: Vibe doesn’t have Vitamin K in it. I learned about the importance of Vitamin K when I had my son and the “need” for a Vitamin K shot. It is a plant based mineral that helps prevent hemmorhaging and helps strengthen bones and capillaries.
The UL of Vitamin K is 1000 and GBG doesn’t even come close to exceeding that.
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) & Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 10-IN-ONE has TEN TIMES the amount of these two vitamins vs. Vibe. What do these vitamins do? They both are believed to hep increase your energy. If you’re looking for an energy booster, GBG 10-IN-ONE has a more promising composition of natural safe ingredients to help you.
The only side effects of these two is to consume more than 7000mg of B1 which can result in headache, naseau, or weakness – but never death. Taking excessive amounts of B2 is however generally considered harmless.
Niacin: Niacin is believed to be good for the heart and effective in lowering cholesterol. 10-IN-ONE has 60% more Niacin than Vibe.
While the UL of Niacin is 35 mg, GBG is 5 mg under the UL, so you may want to watch your additional intake of Niacin on a daily basis if it’s a lot. Some of the side effects of consuming too much niacin are liver damage and gastrointestinal problems.
Vitamin B6: This vitamin is a multitasker. It plays a major role in the functions of the body that many people do not realize. It works like a mediator for problems in your body and helps it to regulate itself.
The UL for B6 is 100mg. I personally would like to see more B6 in the 10-IN-ONE and Vibe supplements.
Folic Acid: Apparently, surveys show that the U.S. does not consume enough olic acid. GBG 10-IN-ONE has 50% more folic acid in it than Eniva Vibe. What has sparked such a huge interest in folic acid is that it is linked to fetal developmental defects.
The UL is 1000 mcg, of which GBG has 600 mcg. So it’s within the safe levels.
Vitamin B12: HUGE difference. GBG has 1467% more! What does this mean to you? Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that the body needs to maintain healthy nerve and red blood cells. And since blood is the life that flows through our bodies, maintenance of these cells seems important in prolonging a healthier life and body. Since there are no reports of toxicity from oral ingestion, it doesn’t appear as though there’s a such thing as too much B12.
Biotin: Both products have the same amount.
Pantothenic Acid: GBG 10-IN-ONE contains 150% more than Eniva Vibe. It plays an important role in this combination because it helps to absorb Vitamins B6, B12, and C – all of which GBG has very high amounts of.
Calcium: I’ve always thought of a main source of calcium to be milk – especially with those “milk, it does a body good” commercials. However very small amounts of calcium are actually found in milk.
Both supplements also contain small amounts of calcium. Vibe has 10% RDA where as 10-IN-ONE only has 3%. Seeing as thought the UL of calcium appears to be 2500 mg, I wonder why both supplements don’t contain higher doses??
Magnesium: This is the final ingredient both products have in common.Eniva Vibe 35% more magnesium than 10-IN-ONE, but both fall significantly short of the RDA. GBG 10-in-1’s source of Magnesium declares to be from coral calcium. I’m not sure if that matters or not…
Phosphorous, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, and Potassium all CANNOT be found in the GBG 10-IN-ONE upper portion of Supplement Facts. They can only be found in the lower portion of the Supplement Facts and are a proprietary blend of trace minerals.
Additional Ingredients
If you take notice in the side images, GBG 10-IN-ONE contains a whole stock pile full of additional ingredients. But so does Eniva Vibe. I’m not going to go into a comparison of these additional ingredients here in detail. I did notice a few small differences in the two regarding popular super foods, which I will briefly put some attention to.
Both formulas contain the popular super foods acai berry, blueberry, pomegrante, and other popular headliners like CoQ10, Aloe, L-Carnitine, as well as a few other shared ingredients.
However, GBG 10-IN-ONE contains three super foods that Eniva Vibe does not: amalaki, mangosteen and goji berry. It also contains Rhodiola, L-Theanine,Choline Bitartate, Eleuthro, Schizandra, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Lutein, Lycopene, Quercetin, Tumeric, which all have recently surfaced as being good for your health.
In my own personal observation I’d have to say that GBG 10-IN-ONE is the better supplement. Why? It appears to contain both a larger inventory of ingredients as well as a larger variety of ingredients. Plus the fact that GBG 10-IN-ONE is $40 cheaper than Eniva Vibe makes up for any lacking differences!

I just want to make a few comments and corrections to this comparison article.
I’ve been in the field of health and nutrition all of my life, so finding the best quality supplements for my clients is an absolute priority.
If someone is looking at supplements through “more is better” glasses, then they are already on a false premise. After analyzing both supplements it is true that Eniva VIBE contains considerably less of certain constituents than GBG, but there’s also a reason for it.
The biggest difference between the two is that VIBE Is formulated for virtually everyone and with a tremendous amount of thought and quality in its formulation, whereas GBG is formulated for hype and shock value for a select group of people wanting to appeal to the more sensational aspect of nutrition.
Any all-in-one supplement containing vitamin K already tells me that whoever is behind formulating it doesn’t know what they are doing. Vitamin k, while an important vitamin on certain levels is also not good in supplement dosages for people on any kind of blood thinning medications such as coumadin.
Also, it’s curios to notice that GBG does not guarrantee a substantial number of minerals in its list, it simply lists them without giving the exact amounts present.
Furthermore, the article is mistaken that VIBE does not contain goji. Wolfberry is exactly the same thing, and it is in VIBE, so whoever wrote this article may wish to fix the error or even possibly do some more research.
VIBE is not only formulated with a unique delivery technology process unmimicked by other supplement companies but is geared to certain pharmaceutical grade standards so that it can be compatible with most people, it does not need to represent itself with sensation.
I started recommending Eniva products about 3 years ago but only because I saw them work the most effectively for the largest percentage of people, and that is important to me — providing a foundational nutritional answer with enhanced absorption to people without overhwelming the body.

Hi Chadwick,
Thanks much for your comment. As I mentioned I’m not in the health or nutritional industry I just have a passion and my own knowledge for it but it’s an honor to have you express your opinions.
It is hard to look at any vitamin supplement as more is better because everyone is different and has each of their own individual needs.
Actually I disagree in that not just VIBE but both products are formulated for virtually everyone. I don’t think VIBE is a bad product, I just feel GBG gives a great almost equal, if not more, punch for the buck – GBG’s 10-in-One is not formulated for hype it’s simply just much more economical. And it’s a much simpler product and opportunity for those looking for one at any time, whether in a recession or not. GBG 10-in-One is a product that leaves you saying “you get much more than what you pay for.”
You are absolutely right about Vitamin K, which is why of course we suggest that any and everyone review the 10-in-One product with their doctor, nutritionist, or similar before consuming. I personally found it a great and easy way to supplement with Vitamin K in plant based form after my newborn, while breastfeeding, because I did not give my newborn the Vitamin K shot.
GBG does provide a list of minerals and it is a proprietary blend – yet, it’s the same with Vibe (a proprietary blend) – of various minerals.
You are correct, I did make a mistake, I somehow missed the Wolf berry, I will make corrections to the article.
I don’t know which product truly is superior, all I know is, as I mentioned, GBG 10-in-One is much more economical, it has a simple and duplicatable compensation plan, and they are seeking FDA approval for claims of their entire product line.
I once tried Eniva VIBE and I did find it a great product, but GBG fits me a little bit better for a few different reasons (most of which I mentioned). It’s great that you’ve found a product and opportunity that you like with Eniva VIBE and I wish you the best success with it.
